More boats on the Channel: additional patrols France and UK

The British and French authorities are more likely to patrol the increasing number of migrants crossing the Channel to England with boats.

The 'extensive action plan' has to take effect in the coming week. The plan includes the prevention of organized smuggling gangs and the attention of the dangers of the crossing. The British border guard has five patrol vessels, four of which are currently serving in the Mediterranean. Whether they are recalled is not known.
