Moon wants more informal conversation with Kim

The South Korean president Moon Jae-in does not exclude that he will have more frequent meetings with the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

The leaders of the neighboring countries had such an unexpected meeting in the border area on Saturday. Moon said Monday that the 'most meaningful' part of that meeting was that 'we skipped complex procedures and protocols and met informally, as if it were an everyday meeting. '

The president concluded that relations between the countries could benefit if regular 'practical discussions' were held on a regular basis if necessary. That is why it must be decided, among other things, how other countries are informed about such discussions, said Moon.
