May arrived in Brussels for brexit deal

The British Prime Minister Theresa May arrived in Brussels early for a meeting with Jean-Claude Juncker, the President of the European Commission.

The committee's announcement follows a night of feverish negotiations in Brussels with the aim of reaching an agreement on the terms of separation for the departure of the British from the EU on Friday morning.

An agreement on the bill for London, the rights of EU citizens living in Britain and the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland paves the way for negotiations on the trade relationship after the Brexit in 2019. Sufficient progress on these three main points is a requirement of the 27 government leaders to enter the second phase.
