Many deaths when attacking refugees

In an attack by Muslim rebels in a refugee camp in the Central African Republic (CAR) at least 42 people were killed.

The news about the attack, which took place on Thursday, only came out on Saturday. In the CAR broke out in 2013 between Christian and Muslim militias. Thousands of people died in the violence and a fifth of the 4.5 million inhabitants of the country fled. The violence in the CAR has flared up again in recent days. On Friday, a Tanzanian soldier from the UN peacekeeping force died when a militia attacked a refugee camp in the southwest of the country.
