Man hours it with only his nose above water

It looked like a scene from a horror movie.

The 45-year-old Daniel Miller was an excavator into a pool of water on his secluded estate about 300 kilometers from Sydney cases. He got stuck under a portion of the excavator and could barely keep his head above water.

is telling the Daily Telegraph Miller a yoga pose saved him. He arched his back and held his head above water with the help of his arms. 'I am not a yogi, but I guess you can say that yoga saved my life. That and my will to live. '

Only hours later a neighbor heard the screams of Miller. The alerted rescuers were able to help the man finally by pumping water from the lake and then free him.

'He has been extremely lucky,' said a police chief at Nine News. 'Only his forehead and nose were above the water surface. He remained quiet for so long in that position is quite remarkable. '

Miller was taken to a hospital by helicopter where he was treated for hypothermia and injuries to his back. His wife has announced that it goes well with him.
