Macedonia closes border all the way

Macedonia Wednesday closed the border to refugees and migrants.

The main reason, according to observers admit the Serbian refusal migrants heading for Western Europe. Macedonia, which borders Serbia in the north, limited inflows already becoming stricter. Only people who came from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, were allowed inside.

The Macedonian news agency Kurir reported on Wednesday during the previous 24 hours more than 1,500 Syrians, more than 530 Iraqis and 820 Afghans as asylum-seekers were admitted. But if the mention of Der Spiegel's true, then the 'Balkan route' now also cut off for those nationalities.
