Kremlin wants citizens away from Ghouta

Russia wants burghers from the Syrian region of Ghouta to be able to leave at agreed times via an agreed route.

According to Shojgoe, the battle break and the evacuation of civilians on behalf of President Vladimir Putin must prevent further civilian casualties from falling into battle. Since the spring of 2013, warriors and civilians have been besieged in a densely populated region east of Damascus. Earlier this month, the Syrian forces started an offensive.
