Kim and Trump shake hands warmly

US President Trump met in the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi, with the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.

The main element of the summit is according to American spokesmen on Thursday. The two had their first summit in June last year in Singapore. It yielded mutual benevolence, but in concrete terms little else.
