Juncker appoints chief negotiator brexit

French ex-minister and former EU Commissioner Michel Barnier, the chief negotiator for the United Kingdom on behalf of the European Commission's resignation.

The appointment comes after EU leaders in late June, the day after had chosen the British a referendum for a brexit 'determined that the retirement,, orderly' have expired.
