Jordan unravels large IS conspiracy

Jordan has discovered an extensive conspiracy of Islamic State.

The series of attacks had to take place in November, the state news agency Petra said Monday. The Jordanian security service GID has arrested seventeen IS members who belonged to a special cell that had to prepare and execute the attacks.

A quantity of weapons and explosives has been seized. In order to meet their need for weapons, the terrorists had planned some bank robberies, according to The Jordan Times.

Jordan contributed to the air actions against IS terrorists in Syria led by the United States. King Abdullah is a declared supporter of the actions of the West against IS.
