Japan supports US measures against North Korea

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe supports the extra measures of US President Donald Trump against North Korea.

According to some experts, North Korea does not fully meet the criteria to be labeled as the state sponsor of terrorism, and it is above all a symbolic step, because so far all sanctions have not taken much. What the extra sanctions are, the US Treasury Department announces Tuesday.

The regime of the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has shot two missiles over Japan and makes no secret of wanting to build a rocket with which it can hit the American mainland.
