Italian top criminal arrested in Alicante

A mafioso who had been fleeing since 1993, has been arrested by the Spanish and Italian police in Alicante.

Pellegrinetti is described as 'a historical mafioso' that has maintained close ties with numerous mafia fans such as the Marsigliesi, the Berenguer, Bellicini and Bergamelliu.
