Israelis kill Palestinian knives tractor

Israeli soldiers have shot dead Monday in the West Bank, a Palestinian and a second captured.

Last month, an estimated 67 Palestinian youth killed by Israeli gunfire. Most were involved in stabbings and anti-Israel Demonstrations. Eleven Israelis were killed.
