Israel: Iranian missiles fired at Golan

According to the Israeli army, Iran has fired about twenty projectiles to targets on the Golan Heights.

According to an Israeli army spokesman, 'a few' missiles have been intercepted and no reports of injuries have been reported. There is limited damage to Israeli positions. Air alarms were heard earlier in the night from Wednesday to Thursday (local time).

The attack may be a retaliation against an Israeli rocket attack on an Iranian army base in Syria on Wednesday. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, eight Iranians died.

The shelling came a few hours after US President Donald Trump announced that his country was canceling the agreement on Iran's nuclear program.
