IS spokesman injured in airstrike

In an air strike in the western province of Anbar in Iraq is a major spokesman for Islamic State injured.

It is Abu Mohamed al-Adnani, often on behalf of IS spoke. It was he who confirmed the death in October of leader Ahmad Fadhil al-Hayali, also known as Abu Mutaz Qurashi. He was slain in August in an air strike.

Last May was the name of al-Adnani for a list of four names of senior leaders of IS. The United States had millions of dollars in rewards offered for insider tips on their whereabouts.
