IS is in hospital

Islamic State on Saturday carried out an attack on a hospital in the southwest of Deir al-Zor.

The IS Amaq news service reported that fighters stormed the Assad hospital. According to the Observatory for Human Rights, there are reports that the medical staff taken hostage and imprisoned a number of Syrian soldiers. Islamist terrorists now also have the control over an important access road, a fire station and the university complex. It would also progress achieved in the advance towards the oilfields of al-Tayyam and the nearby military airport.
