IS digs into capital Raqqa

Islamic State is the capital of the self-proclaimed caliph, Raqqa, to strengthen, in anticipation of an expected counterattack from the international community after the terrorist attacks in Paris.

This was reported by The Independent on the authority of the activist movement " Raqqa is silently massacred," one of the few independent sources of the city.

IS already claimed at least one warrior from each family which has boosted demand now. The group has created a database of all men and boys over fourteen.
