IMF letter bombs intercepted

Greek security experts have discovered Monday in Athens eight letter bombs and defused.

The letter bombs are of the same type previously at the German Ministry of Finance and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) arrived in Paris. The letters will be further investigated by the Greek police.

A leftist autonomous group in Greece, the 'Conspiracy of Fire Cells' claimed responsibility for the letter bomb in Germany. The autonomists expressed their solidarity with convicted members of their organizations and like-minded groups in Greek prisons. The autonomists have not said whether they were the sender of the letter in Paris, but it is believed that they were behind the letter bomb.
