Identity tankers ebooks to Brain

Data from two people who have uploaded thousands of ebooks should be handed over to Brain Foundation.

Brain went to court because the Usenet companies Eweka and Usenetter refused to hand over the data of their users. In previous similar cases, however, there was already jurisprudence that it had to happen. If Eweka and Usenetter not abide by the verdict, they must pay a penalty of 1,000 euros per day.
