Handwritten menu? That must be healthy

Restaurants with handwritten menus give customers the illusion that the food there is healthier than with competitors with non-handwritten menus.

185 participants participated in the American study between the ages of 20 and 84, FoxNews writes. The participants were shown two menus of a made-up restaurant called 'Riley's Kitchen'. One menu was printed with the Helvetica font. The second menu was printed with a font that looked more 'handwritten'.
