Haiti arrests Americans for conspiracy

Haiti has arrested five Americans, two other foreigners and a Haitian because they would have been guilty of 'conspiracy'.

The Minister said nothing about the nationality of the two other foreigners than the Americans. According to Haitian media, it is a Serbian and Russian. The seven foreigners have been arrested Sunday. The police found pistols, rifles, drones and satellite telephones in their vehicle, the Le Nouvelliste newspaper reported.
