Guterres: Moment of Truth

The UN Security Council should dispel all doubts about who was responsible for the horrific events with poison gas in Syria Tuesday.

Several ministers, including the Brit Boris Johnson, expressed their horror and said there was growing evidence that the Assad regime was behind the chemical attack. The German Minister Sigmar Gabriël called on Russia to support the UN resolution calling those responsible be punished.

The UN chief called on the international community to assume its responsibility and put an end to the terrible ', '' suffering of Syrians. He called for more money and support for refugees in and outside Syria.
