Governments Libya forms government team

Two rival governments in Libya on Tuesday in neighboring Tunisia formed together a government team.


         Under the leadership of the United Nations was on December 17th in Tunis reached a peace deal that now serves as the basis for the new government. That agreement was signed by top officials of the internationally recognized government which fled to the northeast of Libya and the Government of National Salvation in the capital Tripoli.
It is not yet clear how to respond to the numerous militias, gangs and tribes in the vast North African country's new government. The government is formed by a Presidential Council in Tunis, called Government of National Accord and has 32 ministers.
Libya is in chaos since the overthrow dictator Muammar Gaddafi in 2011.
