Government Trump again appealed for admission

The US government on Friday lodged an appeal against the decision of a federal court order to suspend the second entry ban.

Judge Theodore Chuang Thursday that some parts of the travel ban are suspended. Chuang certain that it is possible to exclude from the United States four months refugees. The restrictions for people from six Muslim countries, however, was stopped.

A judge in Hawaii earlier swept the travel ban already full table. Against that decision, the government at a later stage, probably in action. That case then reaches the court in San Francisco already rejected the first entry ban.

It is the second time that an entry ban, which the government Trump, refer to the trash. Press Chief of the White House Sean Spicer said the government 'the decree will defend vigorously' and will appeal against the 'flawed decision' of the court.
