Girl is freezing dead on porch

A 2-year-old girl appears to have been frozen to death on the porch in front of her house.

Wynter Parker had crept out when her mother with their 4-year-old son was just out the door. According to the Akron Beacon Journal it froze fifteen degrees at that time.

The girl was found at the door by her mother who came home two hours later. She was already out of knowledge at that time. The Washington Post shows the marching conversation that she had with the emergency number 911. '' My daughter, she is frozen, she is frozen, she is not responding anymore, my god, what am I supposed to do? '
