Girl (3) beheaded in the street

A three year old girl in broad daylight in the middle of the street decapitated by a passerby in Taipei, Taiwan.

The girl and her mother were on their way to the subway when a man from nowhere with a kitchen knife on the girl began to chop. The mother tried to jump between the two but was pushed aside by the man.
