German tap fingers Facbeook

Facebook in Germany for the third time the judge got a slap on the wrist about its Friend Finder service.


         The service does require permission, before it goes through the address book of the smartphone user, but that is according to the German federal court has not yet legal.
The case originally came to court in 2010 and was brought by the Federation of German Consumers' Organisation (VZVB). Even when it was considered that the function are not supposed to be used in Germany at all. Also appealed lost Facebook, after the case to the German Supreme Court.
