German serial robber hears punishment

A 42-year-old man who is held responsible for at least 24 robberies in supermarkets in Germany, hears expected Wednesday in Hanover how long before he goes behind bars.

Justice thinks in Germany that the man had committed 43 robberies but on the basis of DNA evidence of 24 cases in 2014 and 2015. The accused had made no explanation for his actions. He may get life, so the court hinted in an interlocutory judgment.
