German police overpower victim attack

The German police accidentally overpowered the victim after an anti-Semitic attack instead of the perpetrator.

The Israeli professor, who lives in the United States, was besieged on the street by an aggressive man. He repeatedly hit his keppel of the head and insulted him in German and English. The attacker shouted, among other things: 'No Jews in Germany. '

Alarmed agents came to the rescue, but were mistaken in the perpetrator. The professor did not obey the orders of agents to stand. He also resisted when officers wanted to arrest him, and they hit him in the face. The police later arrested the alleged perpetrator, a twenty-year-old German of Palestinian origin.
