German cruise ship rescues fishermen

A German cruise ship, this weekend in the southern part of the Pacific Ocean six fishermen rescued from certain death.

The six people on board had a limited amount of water on board, reports the German website General Anzeiger. The New Zealand air force located the fishing boat and shed an emergency kit. The German cruise ship Albatross, on the way to Auckland, changed its course and picked up the men.

They are put ashore in Auckland.
