Frightening: man hours clamp in narrow gap between buildings

A 55-year-old man has been terrified when he fell into a narrow crack between two buildings in Honolulu (Hawaii).

After a fall of about five meters the man got stuck in a crack that was not much wider than an inch or twenty. Rescue workers tried to pull the man up with a rope, but did not succeed. Eventually the fire department had to cut a piece out of the wall to free the man from his awkward position after almost four hours. He was taken to the hospital in a worrying state.

It was not easy for the fire brigade to come to the helpless man. 'In the beginning it went well, but then we encountered reinforced concrete. '

According to bystanders, it concerns the homeless Mike known in the neighborhood.
