Friend arrested Parisian knife-puller

On Sunday, the French police detained a friend of the knife-puller who wound a passer-by and wounded others in Paris on the streets.

The French authorities assume a terrorist action. The perpetrator, who was born in Chechnya, was shot by the police before he could make more victims. His parents were arrested.
