French research: fire cause crash EgyptAir

The French Air Safety Investigation Board casts doubt on Egypt's conclusions about the incident of the air crash with EgyptAir's aircraft in 2016.

The Egyptian Investigation Committee stated after the accident that traces of explosives had been discovered and was based on intent. The BEA comes to a completely different conclusion and taps the Egyptian researchers on the fingers. It has never been clear whether the incident has been investigated further, reports the BEA who is still waiting for a final report from Egypt.

The Airbus A320 disappeared on May 19, 2016 during a flight from Paris to Cairo. All passengers of flight MS804 were killed.
