Francescana in Modena again best restaurant

Osteria Francescana in Italy has again been voted the world's best restaurant.

Chef Bottura is known for his modern twist of classic Italian dishes that are also visually exciting. The top ten is almost identical to that of 2017, only the winner of that year, Eleven Madison Park, dropped to fourth place.

The Librije in Zwolle by Jonnie Boer, last year on place 34, is out of the top fifty cases. The Librije is at number 51 of the top 100 this year. The Jane in Antwerp, from the Sergio Herman, finished in 81.
