France honors victims of terrorism (2)

France Sunday brought a tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks in that country.

At the Place de la Republique in Paris was unveiled a plaque in the morning to commemorate the victims of the terrorist attacks of 2015 in the French capital. It's not just about the people who died a year ago in the attacks on Charlie Hebdo and the hostage-taking in a kosher supermarket. The victims who fell in November are commemorated with them in attacks in a concert hall and café terraces.
On the square last week planted an oak. The plaque stands at the foot of the tree and was unveiled by President Hollande and mayor Hidalgo. Then sang the French singer Johnny Hallyday, accompanied only by a guitar, a song and a minute's silence was held. The public was asked to bring a candle to put those at the memorial.
