France: evidence of toxic attack is obscured

France says that evidence for last week's Syrian toxic attack is being obscured.

Employees of the organization against chemical weapons (OPCW) have been trying to enter the Syrian city for some time. To date, Russia and Syria have not yet given permission. The OPCW was only allowed to come in on Wednesday to see if there was actually a poison gas attack and which gas was used.

According to the Russians, the investigation was delayed by the retaliatory action of the Americans, British and French last Friday night. According to the Russians themselves, there has been no poison gas attack at all. Their experts were in Douma on Thursday and Friday and would not have found any evidence.
