Four raids of diocese Chile in abuse

The Chilean police have invaded four dioceses because of a major abuse case in the country.

Several employees were also questioned by the police. The dioceses have indicated that they want to cooperate fully with the investigation of the police.

The information in the dioceses has to do with one of the biggest cases of sexual abuse in the country, that of an assistant of the archbishop of Chile, Oscar Munoz. He is accused of abusing at least five minors.

The Chilean police investigate hundreds of cases of sexual abuse of minors within the Roman Catholic Church.
