For sale: car, had an old prince

A 68 year old Aston Martin will soon be auctioned.

The car is made on special order for the prince in 1954 and was the first Aston Martin yielded to the royal family. In addition, a few royal adjustments were made. Thus, the Lagonda has an additional mirror in which Elizabeth probably checked that her hat was okay. Originally, the dark green car had a radio telephone, which the prince called to Buckingham Palace.

Seven years Philip used the car, including to drive Prince Charles to boarding school. He took the vehicle even with the Olympics Melbourne and opened together with the Queen, the famous English M1 motorway along, reports The Telegraph Tuesday.

The car with about 75 000 kilometers will be auctioned in April at the counter.
