First team of UN researchers already in Syria

A first team of researchers from the United Nations arrived in Syria on Friday to see if there had been an attack with poison last weekend.

Western powers with the United States are at the forefront of retaliatory attacks, because the troops of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad 7 April citizens would have poisoned with poison in Douma. The US UN ambassador Nikki Haley accused Friday at the UN Security Council Assad of having used chemical weapons for at least fifty times.

Assad fights that together with his Russian allies. They state that they did not use chemical weapons in the Syrian civil war and that reports about the deployment of these weapons appear when the Syrian armed forces achieve success. Their opponents would want to provoke Western intervention.
