Fear of new migration flow from Libya

The EU is wary that the flow of migrants coming from Libya to Europe swells again.

Libya arrived Friday at issue in the margins of the EU summit in Brussels. In recent days, according to the United Nations over 2000 people rescued from the sea which had left from Libya. Countries such as Italy and Malta, but also Spain and other major EU countries here are very concerned about and talked about it in the sidelines of the summit together.

The European Commission is considering whether a civil security mission may be to the North African country, also in view of the migration flow, said Mogherini. The aim is to work together the Libyan police, border guards and anti-terrorism services with the UN.
