FBI terrorism does not yet out

The FBI does not mean Esteban Santiago with his shooting at the Fort Lauderdale airport had terrorist motives.

Santiago shot Friday in Florida five people dead, six others were injured. He will appear Monday before a federal court for a hearing. The prosecutor does not think he will seek the death penalty against the shooter, as several US media report.

Regardless of possible terrorist motives, it is undisputed that the perpetrator had psychological problems. He also has sought the FBI in November itself and said that he heard voices in his head. Esteban Santiago traveled Friday from Anchorage in Alaska with a gun in his pocket to Fort Lauderdale, where he opened fire in an airport terminal.
