Father who killed daughter freely form error

The father late last month in Belgium Soumagne killed his daughters, eight and eleven years and then tried to commit suicide on Thursday because of a procedural error free.

The investigating judge approved his formal arrest three minutes later than well within the legally required 24 hours. The Liege court released him why. That does not mean he is acquitted. However, the forties can await his trial in freedom.

The man held on December 30 the house on fire after he had slain the two children, what he also denies. He then cut his veins and was taken to hospital in critical condition. There he still nursed.
