Father lets son run to school for punishment

Father Bryan Thornhill let his 10-year-old son run to school as a punishment for his bullying behavior.

Under the motto: 'Do not be a friend, be older,' Thornhill came to his remarkable punishment. 'That's what children need these days. '

On a video the father made from his car, you can see how the 10-year-old boy with his backpack goes to school; a distance of about one and a half kilometers. 'Hayden is no longer welcome in the school bus because he was bullying another child,' Bryan says in his video. 'I absolutely can not tolerate bullying behavior. I disapprove of it strictly. '

The punishment of Thornhill seems to be paying off. After a week, teachers saw that the behavior of the student improved considerably. The father is happy with the result. 'I think it's important that the teachers and fellow pupils find my son a pleasant boy. '
