Fallen Nissan boss arrested again

Japanese prosecutors have arrested the cases of Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn again.

The Japanese judge rejected a request from the prosecutors on Thursday to extend the pre-trial order of Ghosn. This paved the way for Friday to be released on bail. He can be held for ten days under the new charge. The Brazilian has been stuck on suspicion of tax fraud as CEO of Nissan since mid-November.
