Explosion near barracks Belgium

Near the barracks in the Belgian Flawinne Monday morning where a car drove into the barriers heard a dull bang around 13:00.

Soldiers opened fire after the incident. The suspect escaped, but was arrested after a manhunt. According to the French newspaper La Dernière Heure the accused to a mentally ill person who is known to the authorities. The authorities at 15. 00 hrs a press conference.
