Ex miss Belgium stalked by the Dutchman

A former Miss Belgium says it is being stalked by a Dutch businessman.

Ilse de Meulmeester, known to our southern neighbors from a number of TV programs, was hit by J. P. in 2013. And there began all the misery for the now 47-year-old. The man did not agree with the handling of the accident and has engaged a private detective.
