EU leaders establish brexit rules on top

EU leaders shuffle the first nodes on their negotiating position against the British when they left the Union.

The 27 want first of all to regulate the rights after the brexit of non-UK EU citizens now living in Britain and the British living in the other Member States. Priority also has the account of estate separation.

The brexit summit begins at 12.30 with an 'exchange of views' with the President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani. At 13 o'clock it's time for the work lunch, where Barnier shovels. Tusk thinks due to the 'constructive arrangement of leaders during the preparations' at 16.00 hours.
