Egyptian army kills 14 militants in Sinai

Egyptian soldiers slain fourteen Islamic extremists in Sinai and captured ten others.

The operation in the central part of the sparsely populated peninsula made the army three car bombs and other explosives hundred harmless. Further, weapons, communications equipment and military uniforms were seized.

The Sinai has become a source of resistance after the Egyptian army President Mohamed Mursi, leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, was deposed.
