Drivers turning monster shifts

The Austrian police have brought near Sankt Pölten two Romanian lorry drivers from the road for more than forty hours of uninterrupted sitting behind the wheel.

The drivers have told the police that they had to drive their boss almost constantly. In this way, the driving truck is filled with food as economically as possible. Austrian police had a total of 56 infractions for which fines totaling € 6,000 were distributed. That amount was paid by the owner of the Romanian company, which happened in Austria skiing.
