Dozens of people are killed by attacks in Kabul

An attack by militants on government buildings in the Afghan capital Kabul has killed at least 28 civilians and a policeman.

The perpetrators, of whom three were killed, first caused a car bomb to explode at the Ministry of Public Works. After that, an unknown number of attackers stormed the adjacent building of Employment and Social Affairs. From there they then shot at other government buildings in the neighborhood.
